From this base we serve all major UAE locations including Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, and Ras Al Khaimah. Our mobile teams can reach most locations within 1–2 hours for urgent calls, and we also attend vessels at all UAE ports and anchorages.

Yes — our emergency response line is active 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. For marine vessel breakdowns, refrigeration failures, and AC emergencies we aim to have a technician on-site within 2 hours of your call. During standard business hours (Sunday to Thursday, 8 AM – 6 PM) our full office team is also available for non-urgent enquiries and quotations.

We service all marine refrigeration system types found on commercial vessels, cargo ships, fishing fleets, and pleasure crafts. This includes provision refrigeration, fish hold cooling, reefer container units, provision store chillers, and full-vessel HVAC systems. We also carry out compressor overhauls for Sabroe, Bock, Bitzer, and Carlyle compressors commonly found on larger vessels.

Yes. We regularly attend vessels at Dubai, Sharjah, Hamriyah, Ajman, and Fujairah ports, as well as at anchorage positions in UAE waters. For vessels at anchor we can arrange launch transfer for our engineers. Please provide us with your vessel name, IMO number, anchorage position, and estimated stay duration when you call, so we can coordinate access efficiently.

Yes. Our Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for vessels include scheduled preventive maintenance visits (frequency tailored to your vessel's operational pattern), priority emergency response ahead of non-contract clients, discounted spare parts pricing, and full service reports after every visit. The most common causes are low refrigerant gas pressure (often due to a leak), a dirty or blocked condenser coil, a faulty compressor, or a blocked air filter. A fully charged but dirty AC can lose up to 30% of its cooling capacity without any obvious external sign. Our technician will run a full diagnostic on-site — checking gas pressure, electrical components, coil condition, and airflow — and identify the exact cause before quoting for any repair.

For residential properties we recommend professional duct cleaning every 12 to 18 months. For commercial buildings with high occupancy — offices, hotels, restaurants, hospitals — we recommend every 6 to 12 months. In dusty environments like construction sites or industrial areas, frequency should be increased. Signs you need an earlier clean include musty smells from vents, visible dust around registers, and increased allergy symptoms indoors.

VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) and VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) are names for the same technology — a single outdoor condensing unit connected to multiple indoor units (up to 64), each with independent temperature control. VRF systems are 30–40% more energy-efficient than conventional split AC systems at scale, making them ideal for offices, hotels, hospitals, and large commercial buildings. We maintain stock of genuine and high-quality equivalent spare parts for Sabroe, Bock, Bitzer, and Carlyle compressors — the most common brands found on commercial vessels and industrial systems in the region. For AC systems, we stock compressor parts for Daikin, LG, Samsung, Carrier, Trane, York, Gree, and Midea. If you need a part we don't currently hold in stock, we can source it rapidly through our international supplier network.

We supply genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts wherever available. In some cases — particularly for older or discontinued models — we supply high-quality equivalent parts that meet or exceed the original manufacturer's specifications. We always clearly state which type of part we are supplying in our quotation, so you can make an informed decision. We never supply counterfeit or substandard parts.

For most common parts, if we don't have the item in our local warehouse we can source it within 2 to 5 working days through our UAE distributor network. For specialist or rare parts — such as components for older Sabroe reciprocating compressors — international sourcing typically takes 7 to 14 days depending on the manufacturer's location and current availability. We always advise on the expected lead time before you confirm an order.

Yes. All our repair work comes with a 30-day workmanship guarantee. If the same fault recurs within 30 days of our repair, we return and fix it at no additional charge — no arguments, no callout fee. For new installations we provide the full manufacturer's warranty on all equipment supplied, plus our own workmanship guarantee on the installation labour and pipework. Spare parts supplied carry a 12-month parts warranty.

Always. We provide a clear, itemised written quotation before any work begins — covering parts, labour, and any materials. We never start a repair without your explicit approval of the price. For emergency callouts where a quick decision is needed, our technician will explain the fault and cost verbally on-site and confirm in writing. There are no hidden charges and no pressure to proceed with any work you are not comfortable with.
