The team was mobilised quickly to our vessel MV Green Land. They carried out a full compressor overhaul and reinstallation in the ECR room and fitted the new 5-ton 60Hz AC units without any delays. They mobilised to MV AM Princess with a full team and tools. The entire refrigeration system was recovered, flushed, pressure-tested and vacuumed before recharging with R404A. The expansion valve, orifice, and drier cores were all replaced with new parts. The system passed pressure hold for a full hour before recharge. It's running in perfect condition now.
