The team was mobilised quickly to our vessel MV Green Land. They carried out a full compressor overhaul and reinstallation in the ECR room and fitted the new 5-ton 60Hz AC units without any delays. They serviced all AC units aboard MV White Land, replaced the faulty compressor, and installed both 3-ton and 5-ton 60Hz units. The team worked efficiently within our port window and left the systems fully operational. We will continue working with them for future maintenance across our fleet.
They mobilised to MV AM Princess with a full team and tools. The entire refrigeration system was recovered, flushed, pressure-tested and vacuumed before recharging with R404A. The expansion valve, orifice, and drier cores were all replaced with new parts. The system passed pressure hold for a full hour before recharge. It's running in perfect condition now.
